What we publish

We publish cash-pay price ranges for dental implant treatment, by procedure and by state, plus guides on insurance, financing, and treatment comparisons. Every price page states its sample size, collection window, and source types.

Sourcing standards

• Government fee schedules (state Medicaid) are treated as the most reliable baseline.
• Clinic-published prices and phone quotes are collected with a standard case script so prices are comparable.
• Other cost websites are never used as a source for a number.
• AI tools may help draft or organize text, but no price is generated by a model. Every number is traceable to a collected source.

Review

Clinical claims are reviewed by a licensed dentist. Cost, coding, and insurance claims are reviewed by a dental billing consultant. Reviewer names and credentials are displayed on the pages they review, and reviewers cannot approve or reject content for commercial reasons.

Updates and corrections

Medicaid schedules are refreshed annually; clinic prices are refreshed quarterly. Material changes are logged on the methodology page. If a clinic or reader reports an error, we verify it and correct the page within five business days, with a note in the changelog.

Independence

Advertisers and affiliate partners have no input into the data, the rankings, or the methodology. We do not accept payment to include a clinic or to change a price.
